Five Star Counseling & Consultation is a private practice focused on providing quality individual counseling, clinical supervision, and consultation started and managed by Samille Frazier who is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and National Credentialed Counselor (NCC) in the State of Texas. 

A native of Houston, Texas, Samille was a member of Top Teens of America (sponsored by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority) Houston Chapter ranking 2nd Runner-up Ms. Top Teen and Honorable Mention for oratory in Top Teens of America statewide conference in her senior year in high school. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Austin College in Sherman, Texas. Samille also earned a Master of Science from Texas A&M University – Commerce, Texas.

With Samille having over twenty (20) years experience in the behavioral health and substance abuse counseling field, Five Star Counseling & Consulting is able to provide services treating a range of areas to include anger, stress management, life skills, anxiety and depression, substance use, toxic relationships, domestic violence, physical and sexual abuse, and parenting.
